The Safezone is a region within Gaia Everworld where players can meet up, create, experience and monetize content on the land they own or rent. The Safezone will consist of 237,732 parcels of land called Eever. Each Eever is a unique, non-fungilble and transferable digital asset identified by cartesian coordinates (X,Y), which gives owners the rights to their piece of the metaverse.

Legion Mode MVP V1.0 Development Milestones
Hello, Gaia Legionnaires!
Exciting news! Our first milestone one of four is completed of Legion Mode MVP. We had plans to launch the milestone (one of the MVP) to the public in June but we feel more internal testing is required and also to have more features implemented into the game first for a better experience with our players.
Milestone One: Completed Objectives:
Status: Completed
- Core game play loop (base building, resource management, combat)
- Troop abilities and defense mechanisms
- Animations for troop movements and combat sequences
- Intuitive user interface for main menu, base view, and battle interface with basic sounds
- Smooth user experience flow through game menus and functionalities
Milestone Two: Core Game Development
Status: Currently Underdevelopment
- Level and environment design improvements
- Modeling for buildings (upgradable to level 5)
- Improved animations for troop movements, building, and combat sequences, upgradable buildings
- Multiple resources (gold, elixir, gem) for players to collect and manage
- Storage buildings with upgradeable capacity
- Diverse troop types with unique abilities
- “God Mode” integration activates when 30% of building is destroyed and when 30% of troops are left when attacking villages.
- Training camps to produce combat troops
- In-game currency for upgrades, speeding up processes, and exclusive items
The current developmental milestone also includes improved AI of the warriors when attacking villages and to implement the upgrade features of buildings and warriors. The testing/feedback will continue internally and will be reviewed on a monthly basis until we feel the Legion Mode MVP is ready for public review.
Milestone 3: Platform Integration
Status: Upcoming…..
- In-game economy with marketplaces for trading resources and items Including the withdrawal of Gaia Gold to your crypto wallet.
- Microtransactions for buying in-game currency
- Heroes with special abilities and level-up capabilities including Legion Mode NFTs and Gaia Elite Warriors NFT to be used as Heroes with level-up capabilities.
- Clan system with functionalities for forming clans, clan chat, and clan wars
- Integration of “Total War” Campaign (more information below)
- Integration of the functionality to withdraw Troop to your “Eever” land plot to be used in Total War campaign.
- Integration of “Mission Mode” with first 10 Missions.
- Integration with GAIA’s cryptocurrency for in-game purchases and trades
- Accessibility on multiple devices
Milestone 4: Testing, Polishing, and Launch Preparation
Status: Upcoming
- Alpha testing with internal teams to identify and fix major issues
- Beta testing with a broader audience to gather feedback
- Continuous bug fixing and optimisation based on testing feedback
- Final polishing and optimisations based on beta feedback
The milestones can vary form time to time and can change depending on the development. Timescale for completion of milestone is approx six to nine months.
Legion Mode Campaigns
Mission Mode:
There will be many campaigns in Legion Mode & one will be Mission Mode. A variety of missions will showcase the game mechanics and will be used as an introductory to the backstory of Gaia Everworlds “Everworld” story. A mission with “Old Jack” and other Gaia characters can be expected as animated below:
Total War Campaign
Total War is a campaign where you can use your trained warrior units from your village to fight in an open battle field. You can create as many warrior units as preferred & they will to be stored on your “Eever” Land-plot. Your builder camp will also be available on battle field to build defenses and attack weapons.
A leader board will be created and the victor will win $Gaia/GG rewards. These competitions will be promoted via Gaia Everworld socials. Legion Mode is not all about defending and attacking villages but to have an option to have open plan gameplay for your Gaia warriors to fight. May the best strategy win!
Gaia Gold (GG)
As previously advised, Legion Mode will have Gaia Gold (GG) as its currency to spend for training warrior units and for building upgrades.
So what is “GG”?
“Gaia Gold is a breeding and upgrade currency. It is an ERC20 token that players can earn through play. Its uncapped and once used for upgrades and breeding the amount is burnt from the total supply.”
In legion Mode you will mine this currency Gaia Gold from your village gold mines and once collected from the mine it is stored in your gold balance. The amount can be withdrawn to your cryptocurrency wallet to be used in other Gaia Everworlds products such as PvP game mode and the Metaverse for buying goods, services and upgrades.
Legion mode will also have a opportunity to buy Diamonds/Gems via Visa/MasterCard to help speed up upgrades and training army units (more information about this in a later medium update)

Development Update Legion Mode:
Hello, Gaia Legionnaires!
Its been a few weeks since our last update. The development team are working around the clock to deliver Legion Mode Beta testing launch!
A few delays occurred in the back end that has caused the internal beta testing launch to be extended into the month of May 2024. Allot of development is ongoing and with item upgrade series creation for Legion Mode, see examples below!
Rest assured every effort is being made to reach our deadlines with more exciting updates to follow in the coming weeks for Legion Mode.

Gaia Everworld Metaverse game client is still in final testing and will be uploading to Gaiaworld.com when ready for Q2. As advised before once the client is uploaded you will be able to make customization to the Metaverse.

2024 Quarterly Update with CEO. Full Review of 2023 to 2024 Development and more…
Hello Everyone & Welcome! My name is Brian & I’m the CEO of Gaia Everworld. I’d like to begin with some information about my background in Gaia.
I have been with the Community since the days of Minter Museum which was then changed to the full MMORPG game being developed known as Gaia Everworld. A short time afterwards we also had the launch of Gaia Elite Club. It was before $Gaia token launch & I don’t even think the official website was even launched at this stage!
From my experience, I was always a very keen gamer of which adventure games were my favorite. Out of the hundreds of games I have stored on shelves, the idea of being able to earn rewards to make a livelihood from gaming was always very appealing.
With blockchain Technology and the introduction of Web3 gaming this became a reality where you could play a game and earn through your efforts. When you complete a battle in a RPG game for example, you earn the in-game currency to be used to buy your weapons & items etc. Through the function of NFTs mixed with crypto tokenomics this was now a reality & when I saw what Gaia Everworld was doing from it’s whitepaper/roadmap, I was very excited!
I have always been working closely with the Community providing feedback & beta testing Gaia Everworld’s products the PvP game and Marketplace etc. Over the last year, I was the Community Management Lead for Gaia Everworld. I was working through the end of the previous crypto cycle (bull run) leading on to the market downturn.
The Web3, blockchain, is a very fast evolving environment. Gaia Everworld has a lot to offer and it’s very exciting to be in this position. I would really like to thank the co-owners for giving me this opportunity.
Gaia is in a good position at the moment with our products. The time scale for release of these gaming products is not what we have hoped but the guarantee is the development has always been ongoing.
The commitment that’s behind Gaia Everworld is immense. Many other gaming companies over the last three years have been unsuccessful due to the lack of this commitment that Gaia Everworld has.
Listening and taking on board feedback from the community is really one of my prime objectives. We are going to need a very active, vibrant community to keep Gaia Everworld going through its development.

Q2 2023 — Launch of Ready-Player-Me Characters
As you create/customise your character within the Metaverse 1.0 , they where new customisation tools introduced to update your avatar.
Q3 2023 — Launch Beta Gaia Metaverse
June last year was the launch of the Metaverse version 1.0. Later version had crypto wallet integration to save player progress with many other bugs fixes.

PvP game was to launch in 2023. A buyback scheme with a burn mechanism of $Gaia tokens is built into the PvP game. The launch is now moved forward to Q2 2024.
Q1 2024 — GaiaWorld.Fund Launchpad Release
Our first project to launch on Gaia Fund is Guild of Heroes set for Q2 2024. Gaia Fund uses a tier base system with $Gaia token. More information here:
Q2 2024 — PvE Legion Mode Alpha Release
Legion Mode has already been in development for the last couple of months. Its a Clash of Clans type of game. April this year is to have the beta launch. Features of the game will be implemented in stages and from start to finish it will take about six months for full product functionality.
Immutable (IMX)
We are in negotiations with Immutable (IMX) to have Legion Mode on their platform. They work with hundreds of games and with their experience and products if possible, we can do a migration of the Legions Mode Gaia Warrior NFTs on the BSC chain to Immutable. They also have an excellent support team and community for us to participate. More details to follow
Q2 2024 — Upload the Metaverse Game Client to gaiaworld.com
The Metaverse game client is in final testing to be uploading to Gaiaworld.com . Once the client is uploaded you will be able to make customization to the Metaverse. More information about this when ready
